The History and Geography Department offers three graduate programs.
The M.A. and M.Ed. programs in History help students hone their historical skills, particularly in the areas of research and writing. They allow students to obtain professional certification, advance in history-related careers, or move on to a Ph.D. program in history.
The M.S. in General Science focuses on the application of geotechnology such as GIS and GPS to enviornmental science. Graduates can apply what they learn about geospatial technology, environmental management, and leadership to a variety of public and private careers.
Please see the specific pages for each program for more detailed information.
