Leadership Development Summer Camp

This 4-day program will provide campers the opportunity to learn about career pathways through hands-on experience at locations throughout the Pocono Mountains — increasing awareness about the hospitality industry, leadership, career development and networking opportunities with ESU’s corporate partners through classroom engagement, professional speakers and on-site experiences.

  • Property tours and water park passes will be provided while visiting Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, Camelback Resort, Great Wolf Lodge, and Stroudsmoore Country Inn Event and Wedding Venue.
  • Team building, recreation and leadership development will be held at Stony Acres, ESU’s 119-acre wildlife sanctuary in Marshalls Creek
