Conference Services & University Center Operations
Conference Services and University Center Operations serves internal and external groups through space reservations and assistance with facilities, recreation, and audio visual needs. Our purpose is to facilitate the event goals of each group and to create a welcoming environment for our students.
The University Center Building is a community space where students can learn, express themselves, and interact through programmed events and support offices such as Student Activities Association, Student Senate, Career Development and Student Success Center, Graphics Center, and Greek Affairs.

The Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in northeastern Pennsylvania serves as the backdrop of our beautiful campus.
East Stroudsburg University has 66 buildings on 258 acres, including academic facilities, eight residence halls, a 1,000-seat dining hall, a student center and a recreation center.
East Stroudsburg University has comfortable and spacious meeting rooms, outstanding athletic fields and courts, gymnasiums, an indoor swimming pool, and suite style or traditional residence hall housing for conferences and summer camps.
A variety of classrooms, meeting spaces, and auditoriums can accommodate 8 to 800 people. ESU's dining facilities can customize a wide range of services from coffee breaks and daily meals to events and banquets.
Eight residence halls complete with lounges, study rooms, laundry facilities and kitchenettes are capable of housing over 1,500 conferees during the summer months. Every residence hall room includes computer, telephone, and cable television hook-ups.
