Mission: 

Provides services to those with physical disabilities and developmental delays. Provides help in early intervention, medical rehabilitation, medical clinics, community contracts, Camp Lily and recreation.


Equi-librium

Mission: 

Provides equine-assisted activities for children and adults with special needs. These specialized activities use a combination of sport, education, theraphy, recreation and leisure to improve an individual's behavior, communication, physical, perceptual and social skills.


Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania

Mission: 

Inspiring girls age 5-17 with the highest ideals of character, conduct, patrotism, and service through an informal educational/recreational program. Provides girls opportunites to grow in skill, self-confidence and leadership.


Girls on the Run Pocono Chapter

Mission:

To educate and empower girls at an early age in order to prevent the display of at-risk activities in the future. At risk activities include substance/alcohol use, eating disorders, early onset of sexual activity, sedentary lifestyle, depression, suicide attempts and confrontations with the juvenile justice system.


Pocono Family YMCA

Mission: 

Provides preschool, day camps,  youth and adult sports, swim lessons, swim teams, lifeguard classes, CPR classes, first aid classes, dog obedience classes, special needs programs, arthritis exercise, and aerobics.


Pocono Services for Families and Children/Head Start

Mission: 

Provides a child development program that serves 3-5 year old children from low income families. Emphasis is on early intervention including health, education, nutrition, parent involvement, social services and intergation of all children.


Salvation Army

Mission:

Provides emergency and disaster services, financial assistance, counseling and personal services, youth and recreational programs, summer camp and year round activities for youth and adults.
