Hello and welcome to the 2002 Summer in Ghana, West Africa website!
Following the success of the 2001 ESU in Ghana trip, Dr. Samuel E. Quainoo, professor of Political Science at East Stroudsburg University, will host another study tour of his native country of Ghana, West Africa. The first trip, entitled ESU in Ghana, began on June 21 and ended July 10. A composite of undergraduate and graduate students from East Stroudsburg University participated in the great opportunity to study abroad. During their 3 (three) week stay in Ghana, students learned firsthand about different cultures and politics, while at the same time, earning University credits!
This opportunity is available again for East Stroudsburg University students! During the summer of 2002, ESU students will once again have access to travel abroad to Africa. You can check information about the trip by clicking under the 2002 ESU in Ghana heading. New information about the trip is being added all the time, so check back often.
