You will be rated upon the following criteria from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) in each of the following categories.

Content Area: are each of these questions answered clearly? Rating

1.   Was a good introduction to the problem presented?

3. Who is doing the field work (university, agency, government, NGO?)

5. What techniques are being used (molecular/biochemical, statistical, ecological)? _____

7. What is the existing state of the species, population or ecosystem and how is it predicted to change? _____

8. Was current peer reviewed science presented as at least 50 % of the content? _____

9. Was the buget well thought out, with requests for things that Sigma Xi would fund?

10. Were the materials & methods "doable" at ESU? Did the student make contacts and receive permissions to access necessary large pieces of equipment?
