Week 3:  Evolutionary survey of plants 2: Seed Plants
Week 4: Seeds & fruits
Week 5:  Roots & Leaves
Week 6:  Stems

Week 7: Lab Practical

Week 8:  Protists: plant and animal-like

Week 9:  Porifera and Cnidarians
Week 10:   Platyhelminthes And Nematoda
Week 11:  Molluscs
Week 12:  Arthropods & Annelida
Week 13:  Echinoderms
Week 14: Lab Practical

Lab Grading:

1.  Weekly worksheet, worth 10 points, to be handed in before end of lab.  Worksheets are assigned during the first 8 labs = 80 points.  If you miss a lab, you must make it up during the week it is set up.  If not, no other make-ups.

2.  Prior to each lab, a 10 point pre-lab quiz is given in first 10 minutes of lab.  If you are late or miss the lab, no make-ups.  11 quizes = 110 points.  Be sure to get the next week’s handout before you leave:  that is what you will be tested on the following week.

3.  At midterm and during the week before finals you will be given a 50 point lab practical. = 100 points.

4.  Your lab grade will consist of the % of 290 points given to your lecture instructor.  Final grades are assigned by the lecture instructors.
