Current Projects (some)

Project: Assessment of the barriers to physical activity among college students.

This is a new project for me and involves interaction with several other individuals both inside East Stroudsburg University and out. This project is focusing on what are the barriers to why individuals (college-aged) take up/or do not take up exercise and physical activity.

Project: Use of technology in the teaching and learning process in exercise physiology/exercise science.

This project is new as I have been attempting to integrate more technology into the instruction in my own classes as well as the classes of some of my colleagues.

Project: Assessment of health/physical activity in the community.

This is a relatively new project for me and involves interaction with several other individuals both inside East Stroudsburg University and in the health and fitness community in Monroe county, PA.
