STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS
Student organizations at East Stroudsburg University serve to complement the academic mission of the institution. These organizations strive to enhance the overall collegiate experience of students through the development of, and participation in social, cultural, multicultural, recreational, and community service programs. Student organization involvement offers unlimited opportunities for leadership development and self expression. All students are strongly encouraged to become as actively involved in one or more student groups of their choice as their time and interest permit. There are approximately 75 to 100 organizations and activities recognized by the Student Senate. Of these approximately 50 are funded by the Student Activity Association. The scope of these organizations varies widely and truly offers something for everyone.
