3 Develops series of lessons within a cohesive whole or unit that reflects the essential knowledge and skills identified in the PA standards and NSES (National Science Education Standards) concepts and principles; and clearly conveys science as a process, with the place and value of the lesson content firmly demonstrated within the larger conceptual framework
