                Welcome to our Conference issue of the NE-NCHC Newsletter.  I hope you will find it helpful in planning your weekend stay in Hartford, and that it will wet your appetite for the many interesting programs we have planned.  If you were not planning on attending the conference, perhaps what you see on these pages may help persuade you to join us for what looks to be an exciting conference.

You will find most of the information about the conference under that heading - but please note that, in the interest in getting this information to you as promptly as possible,  that information is a work in progress.  So, if you don't find the information you are looking for, it may be here tomorrow!  In the meantime, you might drop the editor a line to know what is missing!
