To the Sagamore Resort at Lake George

And was then...

WELL, LAST YEAR'S NE-NCHC CONFERENCE AT THE SAGAMORE HOTEL WAS CERTAINLY A "TO DIE FOR"  EXPERIENCE !

Granted, we ALWAYS have insightful panels, visually captivating posters, and exciting explorations for the City as Text......

But when was the last time you've had a conference interrupted by a real-live

earthquake?!!

Some of us were still in bed when we thought we heard a train roar under the island....

Others felt the earth move under our feet, and the cups rattle on the shelves!

Well....maybe it wasn't the largest quake on record....I understand there were no fatalities, and little damage....but we were not far from the epicenter, and it was an event for our journals!
