East Stroudsburg University's Graphics Center is a full service graphic design and color copying/printing facility which students, student organizations, staff and faculty may utilize for a fee. Clients may use either our design services, our printing services or both. Design services are available not only for those items the Graphics Center produces in-house, but for items that are offset printed, silk screened, embroidered etc. by outside vendors. The Graphics Center can secure these outside vendors for your convenience.

The Graphics Center closes for the 10 University-wide holidays, and may be closed from time to time if there is no staff available due to sick, vacation or other leave.

The Graphics Center can design an array of print and promotional items to suit your needs. We have a professional Graphics Quality color production machine which can run a variety of media including papers, card stock, transparency, both clear and opaque window decal and sticker papers. Both color copies (from originals up to 11" x17") and printing from file are available from the Graphics Center. The color production machine in the Graphics Center is NOT self service. For more information visit our copies page and the paper/card stocks and special media before placing your order. Orders can be submitted via the output form on this site, and files in the accepted formats can be emailed to us at graphicscenter@.esu.edu.

Please note: if your document was created in one of the MS Office 2007 applications, you must "print" the file as a PDF and provide us with the PDF, not the native file. To make a PDF from an MS Office application, go to "print" and choose "Adobe PDF" as your printer. If you do not see PDF as a choice on your drop down menu of printers, go to the Microsoft website and download 2007 Microsoft Office Add-in: Microsoft save as PDF. For more information on making PDF's, go to our "Copies" page.

For offset printing, silk screening and other types of output we don't do in house, the Graphics Center can act as a print buyer to secure an outside vendor, Or, if you prefer, we can provide you with printer-ready files on disk if you wish to take on this responsibility yourself. Examples of items we have designed and printed or had printed for our clients include Posters, magnets, flyers, post cards, beverage cups, T-shirts, megaphones, foam fingers, vinyl banners, buttons, invitations, brochures, pens, CD carrying cases, mouse pads, frisbees, Key chains, stadium cushions, coasters, door hangers and much, much more.
