| Standard (Drop-off
service) Standard drop-off jobs are generally available to be picked up within one business day. Please be advised that due to staff leave or needed machine repairs it may, rarely, take longer than the following business day to complete a your job. |

Making PDF's - (f.y.i., on campus labs include; Stroud 202, Stroud 314 & Rosenkrans 2.)
Note; PDF's can be made out of many applications on a PC, from ANY application that supports printing on a Mac, using 3rd party software or through the web. Not only are there many options for making PDF's, but methods for making PDF's change with versions of applications etc., so the following information is far from complete.
From any application on a Mac->>Print In print dialog box, click "PDF" button in lower left hand corner; choose "Save as PDF" and then choose where to save the file.
2007 Microsoft Office Add-in: Microsoft save as PDF. The add-in that enables MS Office 2007 to create PDF's is a FREE DOWNLOAD.
To make a PDF out of MS Office 2007, go to file menu->>Print and choose "Adobe pdf" as your "printer." When you "print" the document with Adobe PDF chosen as your printer, you will be be given a pop-up to browse to where (for example, your desktop or documents folder) you would like the pdf file to be located.
To make a PDF from Quark go to file menu->> export as PDF.
To make a PDF from InDesign go to file menu->>Adobe PDF presets->>[Press Quality]
