CPSC 541 Computer Architecture (3:3:0)

This course involves the study of computer systems structure, organization, implementation, and performance. Von-Neumann machines, from the early EDVAC to current microprocessors will be considered. Digital circuit design will be covered in brief. Parallel processors and other specialized architectures will also be studied.
