| Human Resources— | ESU faculty
direct all economic and business research projects.
ESU students serve as research assistants and interns under the supervision of faculty. These students have the opportunity to apply economic analysis to specific problems. The Department of Economics and Management publishes a bi-monthly newsletter, E-NEWS. Students and faculty contribute to the writing, editing and printing of E-NEWS. Each issue contains articles on relevant topics and reports on national and regional data trends. Student interns assist local businesses in various capacities under the direction of faculty. These interns perform a variety of tasks in the areas of marketing, personnel, purchasing, budgeting, data analysis, forecasting, etc. |

| Communication Resources— | The McGarry Communications Center houses audiovisual, graphics and television resources. ESU television facilities and WESS 90.3 FM, the university radio station, are located at the center. | |

| Computer Resources— | The academic computing network consists of 14 Unix or Windows NT-based servers that are connected to 400 microcomputers to support instruction,Internet access, email, research, etc. There are 15 computer labs around campus. | |

| Library Resources— | Kemp Library contains more than 428,000 books and periodicals. Economics and business books and journals, statistical sources and government documents are available to assist faculty in research. The library uses an integrated online library system which is accessible on the campus network or via modem. | |

||
| Conference and Seminar Resources— | There are 59 buildings on 184 acres at East Stroudsburg University. Stroud Hall is the main structure, housing computer and language labs, classrooms, lecture halls, meeting rooms and offices. Other main buildings contain large lecture halls, theaters, galleries, concert halls, science laboratories and distance learning facilities. | |
