Erie, Pa. - The Mercyhurst College Lakers spiked East Stroudsburg in men's volleyball on Saturday afternoon. The Warriors made the long trip across Pennsylvania only to fall in three straight games by scores of 22-30, 22-30, 20-30.
ESU (6-14) received eight kills from Ty Zurn and six by Andy Wimmer to lead the team's effort. Dave Cuff and Josh Farmer each gave out 13 assists. Michael Cacciatore dug four balls with Jon Stellefson and Jarrett Merkel blocked two shots apiece. The Lakers improve to 8-15 on the year.
The Warriors will host Harvard next Friday night at 6:00 p.m.
