ESU Men's Soccer Breezes Past Caldwell

Caldwell, NJ - The Warriors breezed past their third opponent of the young collegiate men's soccer season Wednesday afternoon as they hit double figures in a 10-0 rout at Caldwell College. Jason Cropper had the big day with a pair of goals and two assists.
East Stroudsburg University (3-0), who remained at number seven nationally in the latest NSCAA/adidas NCAA Division II poll and first in the Northeast region, took their margin of victory in 2002 to 23-2.
Cropper and Jorge Chapoy each found the net two times while Joey Piscopo, Charlie Brostowski and Aaron Littzi all had a goal and an assist. Mike Lotocki handed out two assists in the rout.
Others Warriors with a goal were Kamar Samuels, John King and Sean Stewart. Tom Mustac and Joe Alcaro had the other assists on the afternoon.
The Warriors
will host the 16th Kiwanis-ESU Classic and face the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown
Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Dominican College will face Felician College in the opening
match at 12:00 p.m. at Eiler-Martin Stadium.
