ESU Women's Volleyball

OAKDALE, N.Y. - East Stroudsburg University defeated host Dowling, 15-12, 7-15, 16-14, 15-4, but lost two matches to Slippery Rock, 15-8, 15-4, 15-1 and 15-4, 15-13, 15-5, in the Dowling Women's Volleyball Tournament which ended Saturday.

In the victory, Andi Myers had 15 kills while April Mellott had 14 kills and a team-high 14 digs. Jackie Babbini added ten kills, Chrissy Tweed 13 digs and Sarah Brown four blocks.. Ashleigh Reinert made 49 assists and 12 digs.

Myers, Mellott and Reinert all made the All-Tournament team.
