ESU-St. Michael's Women's Soccer
COLCHESTER, Vt. - Niki Pelletier tallied a goal and an assist to lead host St. Michael's College to a 3-1 victory over East Stroudsburg University on the second day of the Radisson Women's Soccer Kickoff Classic.
Pelletier was named the tournament's outstanding player after scoring three goals and adding an assist in two tourney games.
Jamie Zacaro and Karyl Sporer also had goals for the Purple Knights, 2-0 who beat Plymouth State, 4-3, in their first tourney game. Kelly Gunther had an unassisted goal for the Warriors, now 0-2.
