COLCHESTER, Vt. - Six different players scored goals as East Stroudsburg University racked up its second straight one-sided win, trouncing Bridgeport, 6-0, Sunday in the Hampton Inn Soccer Classic at St. Michael's.
The Warriors had beaten UMass-Lowell, 5-0, Saturday. They will open their home season Saturday at 10 a.m. against Philadelphia University.
Kelly Gunther, Deirdre Durkin and Megan Augustine each had a goal and an assist. Christine Walkley, Gwen Gemberling and Tiffanie Savacool added goals while Kelly Frame had two assists.
Goalie Angela Scolara made three saves to post the shutout.
