ESU 2, California 1

CALIFORNIA, Pa. - The East Stroudsburg women's soccer team continued its hot play Saturday with a 2-1 victory at California. Megan Augustine and Kelly Gunther both scored as the Warriors ran their PSAC mark to 2-0.

It was Augustine who gave ESU a 1-0 lead in the first half over the host Vulcans. Cal fought back two minutes later to tie the game, and the team went to the break knotted at one goal apiece.

Gunther came through early in the second half, however, and goalkeeper Liz Guinup made the 2-1 advantage hold up.

The Warrriors will visit IUP tomorrow at 2:00 p.m.
