EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University scored extra points in seven of its eight victories in trouncing Shippensburg, 36-7, in wrestling Thursday night in the Koehler Fieldhouse.

The Warriors registered one pin, one technical and five majors and also won one match by forfeit. The win lifts the team's record to 6-7 while the Red Raiders fell to 3-6.

Keith Kleckner (149) had the pin as he decked Zach Leathers in 4:59. It was his third straight dual-match victory and lifted his record above the .500 mark at 14-13.

Brandon Mihalko (165) captured his eighth straight dual win in winning a major over Luke Cummings, 13-3. He used his speed to spin around Cummings for five takedowns, two in the first period, one in the second and two in the third. His overall record is now 18-4.

Dan Roy (174) scored his 17th win of the season against seven defeats by chalking up a 22-7 technical fall over Aaron Telatovich with nine takedowns and 2:52 riding time.

Also improving winning records were Matt Dudeck (157, now 13-7) with a 15-5 major over Andy Martin and Marc Bauknecht (285, now 13-9) with a 11-2 major over Jeff Hannum.

Joey Camacho (133) scored his biggest win of the season by majoring Todd Paradine, 14-4. Anthony Petrock (184) beat Ian Zearfaus, 6-5, with an escape in overtime.
