ESU-Millersville Wrestling

MILLERSVILLE - Millerville built a 15-3 lead with consecutive pins by Brian McDonald (184) and Greg Eynon (197)and held off an East Stroudsburg University comeback for a 21-19 wrestling victory Wednesday night.

The Warriors had five winners as Marc Bauknecht (285)won by pin, Kevin Rake (133) scored a major decision and Anthony Petrock (165), Brad Kleckner (141) and Matt Dudeck (157) all won by regular decision.

The Marauders also won five matches, but had the two pins along with three regular decisions. The big win was in the next-to-last match at 149 after ESU had closed within two points at 18-16 as Ivan Hardnett edged Louis DeLauro, 6-3.

Millersville remained undefeated in duals at 6-0, The Warriors dropped to 4-11 and will play host to Boston University Friday at 7 p.m.
