EAST STROUDSBURG - Forward Megan Woodall scored 19 points and was named the tournament's outstanding player as she led undefeated Indiana University of Pennsylvania to a 55-50 victory over East Stroudsburg University in the championship game of the 35th Rotary Pocono Classic Saturday.

The Warriors gave IUP a battle down the wire, tying the score at 48 on Michele Pilenza's free throw with 1:31 remaining. The Indians took the lead on three free throws, one by Beth McDonald with 1:14 left and two more by Melanie Karas with 1:07 to play.

Kelly Hutchison brought the Warriors back within a point at 51-50 on a foul line jumper with 57 seconds to go, but Woodall hit a running 15-footer with 35 seconds left and IUP iced the win on free throws by Toni Wolf and Woodall in the final seconds.

Woodall made eight of 15 shots from the floor, including two three-pointers, and added one free throw. She was the only double-figure scorer for the Indians, who won their 16th straight regular-season game including seventh this season.

Three ESU players, Hutchison, forward Shannon Schwilk and guard Marie Schlegel, all made the All-Tournament team.

Schwilk and Hutchison each scored 12 points while Schlegel had a team-high seven rebounds along with five points and four assists.

Also making the All-Tournament team were IUP 6-5 center Melissa McGill, who pulled down a game-high 12 rebounds and added seven points, and St. Michael's forward Tara Clark.
