BLOOMSBURG - Amber Cowher pitched a no-hitter and Kerri Cooper tossed a three-hitter as Bloomsburg scored a pair of five-inning 8-0 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference softball victories over East Stroudsburg University Saturday.

The Huskies scored three runs in the third inning with Liza Pepper driving in a pair with a double and then added four in the fourth inning, all coming across on Erica Miller's grand-slam homer.

In the opener, Cooper gave up singles to Jill Higgins in the second inning Deana Geist in the third, Casey Dixon in the fourth. She had one strikeout and one walk in lifting her record to 14-2.

The Huskies broke a scoreless tie with one run in the fourth on Pepper's single. They then ended the game under the NCAA eight-run rule with seven runs in the fifth with Mylan Le doubling home three runs and Alison Nicci singling home a pair.
