EAST STROUDSBURG - Tina Morak pitched a five-hit shutout and Casey Dixon and Erika Lee had the big hits as East Stroudsburg University trimmed Mansfield, 3-0, in the second game of a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference softball doubleheader Wednesday.

The Mounties (12-10, 4-6 PSAC) won the opener, 3-2, in eight innings on Kelly Morris' pitching and batting.

Morak struck out four and walked one in her third shutout of the season. She faced only the minimum 12 batters over the last four innings, retiring the last ten in order.

The Warriors (11-11, 6-6 PSAC) scored twice in the first inning Tara Greig singled and Lee doubled and Dixon delivered them both with a double. They added another run in the second on Tara Buckley's double and Lee's single. Greig and Buckley went 2 for 3.

In the first game, Morris led off the Mansfield eighth inning with a double. Megan Williams singled and then Jessica Ricker drove in the winning run with a sizzling single down the leftfield line.

After stranding runners on second and third base in the seventh inning, Morris retired the Warriors in order in the eighth for the victory. Greig went 3 for 3 and drove in both ESU runs. Nifer Shaw was 2 for 3 and Lee 2 for 4.
