ESU-LIU Southampton Men's Volleyball

EAST STROUDSBURG - The East Stroudsburg University men's volleyball team won their its Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association Hay Division match Saturday with a 30-27, 30-21, 34-32 sweep over LIU-Southampton in the Koehler Fieldhouse.

Four ESU players hit in double figures. Sophomore Ty Zurn led the team with 18 kills while seniors Mike Collins and Dustin Wood each had 11 and junior Jarrett Merkel ten..

Setter Chris James put up 45 assists for ESU while libero Josh Farmer was the leader in digs with eight.

The Warriors are now 6-15 overall and 1-8 in the EIVA and will play host to New York University Monday at 7 p.m.
