ESU-Penn State Men's Volleyball
UNIVERSITY PARK - Penn State raised its men's volleyball record to 9-2 by beating East Stroudsburg University, 30-27, 30-14, 30-15, Wednesday night.
The Warriors put up a tough battle in the first game, hitting .462, but dropped to negative numbers in the second and third games. The team is now 3-6.
Carlos Guerra led the Nittany Lions with eight kills in ten attempts with no errors for an .800 hitting average. Zach Slenker and Zeljko Koljesar also had eight kills.
Ty Zurn and Dustin Wood were the Warrior leaders with seven kills each. Wood also had five digs and two blocks.
