COLCHESTER, Vt. - Ahmet Kose scored the winning goal with 11:36 gone in overtime as East Stroudsburg University edged host St. Michael's, 3-2, in the Hampton Inn Soccer Classic Sunday.
Kose drilled the ball just inside the left post from 18 yards out on the right side. Jorge Chapoy set up the goal.
The Warriors came from behind twice. Channing Swears tied the score at 1-1 on a free kick in the first half. Sean Stewart made it, 2-2, with 18:50 remaining in regulation after a pass from Chapoy.
ESU, now 1-1, will open its home season Wednesday in a 4 p.m. game against Centenary.
