ESU-Bloomsburg Women's Lacrosse

EAST STROUDSBURG - Kristin Restivo scored five goals to move within one of the East Stroudsburg University career scoring record, but the Warriors dropped a 17-7 women's lacrosse decision to Bloomsburg Saturday.

Restivo now has 22 goals this season and 139 for her career, one shy of Ann Clifton's record of 140 goals set from 1983-86. The senior third home will have a chance to break the record today as ESU (3-1, 0-1 PSAC) returns to action in a 12 noon home game against Mercyhurst.

With the score tied, 3-3, Bloomsburg reeled off the last eight goals of the first half and the first three goals of the second half for a 14-3 lead. Katie Maclean, Michele Baylor and Roxann Emerick each scored four goals for the Huskies (4-0, 1-0 PSAC).
