Veteran coach Sandy Miller has earned Coach of the Year the last two years. She was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse Coach of the Year in 2000 after leading the Warriors to an 11-5 record and a conference runner-up finish.

Last fall, Miller was chosen as both the PSAC and the NCAA South Region Field Hockey Coach of the Year after her ESU team placed second in the NCAA Division II championships and second in the PSAC. The team's final record was 15-7.

Miller has the lacrosse program primed to return to the PSAC playoffs with a good blend of experienced veterans and talented newcomers. This is her 18th year as the Warriors' lacrosse and field hockey coach.

A Lebanon, Pa. native, Miller earned 11 varsity letters in four different sports at Lock Haven University. She was chosen as the school's outstanding senior female athlete in 1983. In lacrosse, she was the top scorer on two PSAC championship teams. She made the All-Region and All-Conference first teams. She also competed in field hockey, basketball and softball.

Assistant Coach Amy Sette


Amy Sette is in her fifth year as an assistant coach of the lacrosse team. She was a two-time All-America first team player for the Warriors in 1996 and 1997. She played point. She was named the outstanding player on the 1996 ESU team. She attended Downingtown High School.
