East Stroudsburg - Kristin Burnheter and Megan Miller scored three goals a piece and five other players notched a goal as Millersville defeated East Stroudsburg 11-7 in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference women's lacrosse action, Saturday at Whitenight field. It was the conference season opener for both teams.
Antonia Giannopoulos and Michelle Cottiers led the Warriors with three goals a piece, while Jenna Fienblum added a goal and an assist. Kim Niles had two assist for ESU.
ESU is now 2-3 on the season and 0-1 in PSAC play; Millersville improves to 3-2 and 1-0 in the conference.
