FROSTBURG, Md. - Kristin Restivo scored the winning goal with 31 seconds left in the first of two three-minute overtime periods as East Stroudsburg University trimmed Frostburg State, 6-5, in women's lacrosse Sunday.

Megan Macauley screened two defenders to free Restivo, who attacked the goal from the right side and flipped the ball into the lower right corner. It was her fourth goal of the game and 38th of the season.

Kim Niles added two goals for the Warriors, who are now 6-2. Goalie Kelly Wagner made 11 saves.

ESU Track and Field

LEWISBURG - East Stroudsburg University's Jenelle Strine won the hammer at the weekend Bucknell Open with a throw of 159-6. The throw surpassed the provisional qualifying standard for the NCAA Division II Track and Field Championships May 25-27 at North Carolina State.

Strine, a senior from Manchester, gained All-America honors in the hammer last year, placing seventh in the nationals with a school-record throw of 165-3.
