No description of a university can take the place of a personal visit - after all, you're choosing your second home for the next four years! East Stroudsburg University invites you to visit our campus on a day and time that works for YOU.
Spring 2016 Campus Tours will be offered February 1st - April 22nd. Please review the options below and fill out the registration form for your visit. Registration is required for all tour options and events. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your visit to allow time for parking and check-in.
Weekday Information Sessions and Guided Campus Tour: This option includes a general presentation from an Admission representative, followed by a guided campus tour with one of our student tour guides. This option is offered Monday-Thursday at 10 AM.
Weekday Guided Campus Tour (no information session):This option includes a guided campus tour with one of our student tour guides only, without a presentation. This option is offered Monday-Friday at 1 PM (or 4 PM during select dates only). If you would like to schedule an appointment with an admissions counselor prior to your tour, please visit the Meet Our Counselors page, and contact your designated counselor.
Select Saturday Info Sessions with a Guided Campus Tour: This option includes a general presentation from an Admission representive, followed by a guided campus tour with one of our student tour guides. This option is offered on select Saturdays in the fall at 10 AM. Please Note: This option fills up quickly.
Large Group Visits: If your organization, group, or school is interested in visiting ESU in a larger group, please fill out the group visit request form. All requests should include three alternate visit dates in the order of preference. Please note: Visits are typically scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday mornings and are approved on a first come first serve basis based on availability.
Transfer Visit Options: This visit option is designed specifically for students interested in transferring to ESU from any post-secondary institution. Gain valuable insight on the admission process through a presentation from a transfer counselor and tour our campus with a student tour guide. Registration and Confirmation
Registration is mandatory for all visitors. Please register for a date one week prior to your desired visit day to ensure enough time for a response and confirmation email, which contains the date, time, and location for your visit in addition to a parking pass. You will need to print this parking pass and display it in your car while you're at ESU. Please note: The campus tour office is closed on weekends.
Email confirmations will be delivered within 3 business days after submitting a request. Your confirmation may be delayed if registering during a major holiday reserved by ESU. In the event the date is full, you will get an email or phone call to reschedule.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather on the day of your tour, we highly recommend you call (570) 422-3922 and listen to the voicemail recording to verify if a tour is canceled, especially during the winter months. Please note tours are canceled at the discretion of the Coordinator of Campus Tours to ensure the safety of our visitors. If ESU is closed, tours are canceled automatically. If you are unsure of the status of the university, go to Campus Alerts to verify ESU is still open.
