To reset your profile: 1. Click on the Start Button on the Toolbar 2. Select All Programs 3. Select Clean My Profile 4. This window will appear and will close itself with finished 5. Click OK on the error message window   NB: If this does not work, power off the machine and come to Stroud 303 for assistance.
