Why is my internet not working in my room?
Answer: - Plug your computer directly into the network jack in your room's wall. Do not use any routers, wireless or wired. Before accessing the Internet, computers will be scanned for functioning antivirus software and the latest Windows updates. Failure to have updates installed will delay your access to the Internet. Wireless access will also be provided in all residence halls. If problems persists contact John Babio at ext. 3500.
