Academic Computing

To assure your computer experience at East Stroudsburg University is a positive one, the Academic Computing Help Desk is available to assist you with your computer and technical questions and concerns.

Many of your questions could be answered by looking through this section of the ESU website.

You can also reach a member of our staff by calling (570) 422-3789 or, 3789 from a campus phone.

If there is a problem that you wish to report you can call or report the problem through our website. View the Check Status page for realtime updates on major IT Systems.

Available Software

For Faculty we have the following software available:

  • Office 365
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (one license for the office and a second one for home)
  • SPSS
  • Mathematica

For students we have available the following:

  • Office 365
  • Mathematica
  • SPSS (Have your faculty member contact (dparfitt@esu.edu) orbwilkins@esu.edu).
  • Adobe Creative Cloud – you must have a faculty member request on your behalf. They can email Brenda Wilkins (bwilkins@esu.edu). They should include your class that requires it, your name, and your email. This offering is subject to a licensing contract and may go away.) 

Our on-campus lab PCs have a large assortment of installed software: Lab Software
