Curriculum and academic policy development are core functions of Academic Affairs at East Stroudsburg University.

The Office of the Provost is responsible for providing leadership in this process.

To assure the highest standards in our curriculum and academic policies, all proposals must proceed through a comprehensive review and approval process.

The development of curriculum begins at the academic department and is followed by a review process that includes approval by College faculty and the University Wide Curriculum Committee (UWCC) before being forwarded to the Office of the Provost for final approvals and implementation.

The development of academic policy begins with an individual or organization on campus, and then, is forwarded to the UWCC for review and approval, before being forwarded to the Office of the Provost for the final stages of approval.

The purpose of this Website is to serve as a user-friendly resource for all engaged in curriculum and policy development and implementation.
