This strategic planning site has been created to share information with the campus and community about our rolling strategic plan "Students First: Innovate ESU" (2014-2017). In the past year (2016-2017) the SPIRIT (Strategic Plan Innovation, Renewal, and Implementation Team) group was created with the mission to help envision our university's goals for the years leading to 2020. The members of this group consist of faculty, staff and administration.
An updated plan will be released to the campus in early Fall 2017. Please keep your voices loud and strong relative to this process! The strategic plan is a representation of our entire campus community and each of you plays an integral role in its success and our future as an institution.
